And then, when you lie back, contented, at the end of a satisfying day, refreshing drink in hand, the palm trees swaying above your head, and the night awash with the beautiful colors of the setting sun… well, that’s your little bonus! The fastest growing form of fly-fishing is flats fishing. You often fish with a guide who helps you spot the fish. Season: December to May.
