Camp Luspen – Grayling fishing deluxe

Welcome to Camp Luspen in the upper parts of the Torne River. In collaboration with worldfamous IceHotel we are proud to present a hidden gem! Here you can fish for large grayling with an average weight of 800-900 g and premium fish of 1.5 – 2 kg! There are also nice trout in the streams. The camp has a unique location directly adjacent to the fishing beats. Perfect for the driven fly fisherman who wants to catch their dream fish as well as those who just want to enjoy the surroundings in piristine wilderness

Travel & program – Season from15th of July to 15th of September

Flight from Stockholm to Kiruna – Transfer to Jukkasjärvi / Ice Hotel. A travel program runs from Wednesday - Sunday – Expect an overnight stay on departure
Day 1. Arrival in Kiruna – Meet & Greet at Kiruna airport. – Time for shopping in Kiruna – Transfer to Jukkasjärvi / Ice Hotel approx. 1 hour - Preparations and boat trip to Camp Luspen approx. 1.5 hours – Information, Installation at Camp – Fishing in the afternoon.
Day 2 – 4. Full fishing days
Day 5. Fishing in the morning at camp – Preparations for departure with rubber rafts down the Torne River with a stop for fishing approx. 3 hours – Transfer to Ice Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6. Breakfast and departure to Kiruna airport.

Price on request for groups from 4 - 6 rods

The price includes: Transfer from Kiruna airport roundtrip  – Boat transfer to and from Camp Luspen – Accommodation in shared three bed rooms with bedlinnen and towel – All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) including soft drinks –

Accommodation & food

Comfortable accommodation in shared three bed rooms with good singlebeds and heating. Sauna daily with hot water for shower. Large cabin for indoor meals. Large barbecue area for outdoor cooking. Breakfast, lunch & dinner of good quality – We also eat caught fresh fish during our time in camp

Fishing equipment and flies

One-handed fly rod in class 5-7 in length 9-10 ft. A good reel with brake and about 100 m backing. WF line in class 5-7 float. Tipets 9-10 ft 0.30 – 0.16 tip. . Good flies are Ismopuppan, golden skull nymphs, floating dragonfly imitations and various streamers.
